Abreu Advogados has promoted Diogo Orvalho and Mariana Gouveia de Oliveira to partners, as part of a round of promotions that also includes four new associated partners and senior associate lawyers.
With these promotions, the firm reinforces its commitment to recognising internal talent, renewing its teams across generations, and supporting the sustainable development of its various practice areas.
Diogo Orvalho and Mariana Gouveia de Oliveira become partners at Abreu Advogados in the Employment and Tax practice areas, respectively, thereby strengthening both areas as part of the firm’s growth strategy.
Abreu Advogados has also promoted João Lupi, from the Finance practice area, and Luís Froes, Mariana Duarte and Telma Varelas, from Litigation & Arbitration, to the category of senior associate lawyers.
Promoted to senior associate lawyers are Benedita Marques Pombo (Corporate and M&A), Cláudia Ribeiro da Silva (Employment), Francisca Salgado da Costa (Tax), Francisco Côrte-Real (Litigation & Arbitration), Liliana dos Santos Soares (Tax), Manuel André Martins (Tax), Manuel Santiago (Real Estate) and Margarida Bernardino (Criminal, Sanctions and Compliance).
