Margarida Bernardino is a associate at Abreu Advogados since 2021, working mainly in the areas of criminal and administrative offences and civil litigation.

Margarida regularly intervenes in dispute resolution, advising several national and international clients, both in the pre-litigation and judicial phases, in criminal, administrative offences and civil matters.

She daily accompanies legal proceedings in all their procedural stages, frequently participating in court proceedings, including preliminary hearings, evidentiary debates and discussion and trial hearings.

She has been involved, on the defence side, in important administrative offence proceedings in the national panorama, in the field of capital markets and competition law.

Margarida is a member of ANJAP (National Association of Young Portuguese Lawyers).
