Abreu Advogados advised Movit on the acquisition of NCL’s client portfolio, in a transaction valued at €4.3 million, enabling the company to strengthen its activity in the air and maritime business.
The transaction involved the transfer of operational assets and all contractual relationships associated with NCL’s operations in Porto and Lisbon, consolidating Movit’s presence in the aviation, maritime and transport sectors.
Abreu Advogados acted as lead counsel to Movit, providing legal advice on the structuring and execution of the transfer of operational assets, as well as the contractual relationships linked to NCL’s activity in Portugal.
