Luís Froes is an associated partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2023, working mainly in the areas of Litigation and Arbitration and Economic-Financial Criminal Law, Administrative Offences and Criminal Compliance.
He specialises in civil and commercial litigation, advising national and international companies in the retail and distribution, textile, crypto-asset, insurance and construction sectors.
He also has experience in domestic and cross-border litigation involving athletes’ image rights.
He also provides legal advice to individuals and companies in criminal proceedings, with a focus on economic and financial crime and matters relating to fraud, cybercrime and asset recovery.
In addition, he has been involved in assisting legal entities in administrative offence proceedings, both at the administrative and judicial stages, with a particular focus on the retail and distribution, audiovisual and construction sectors.
He also provides day-to-day legal advice to professional athletes, in particular footballers.
