Diogo Orvalho is a Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2021, specialised in employment matters, as well as in social security and pension matters.
He has 25 years of continuous legal practice and provides ongoing advice to numerous national and multinational companies across a wide range of sectors, including banking, insurance, commercial aviation, sports clubs and limited companies, information technology, consultancy and retail.
He has extensive experience in employment litigation and also specialises in matters relating to the formulation of remuneration and benefits policies, as well as collective labour relations.
He is regularly involved in major corporate restructuring processes, particularly those resulting from collective redundancy procedures and job terminations. He also advises on various corporate mergers and acquisitions, from the initial due diligence phase through to the successful completion of the transactions.
