Abreu Advogados advises Prio on the acquisition of 55 fuel stations from Grupo Vapo
Abreu Advogados advised Prio in the process of acquiring 55 fuel stations. These stations were operated under the Q8 brand and owned by Grupo Vapo, which was advised by Morais Leitão in this transaction.
With this operation, Prio now operates over 300 service stations in Portugal, enabling a growth of approximately 15% in the volume of fuel sold in the country and an increase of around 10% in biofuel production.
Abreu Advogados’ advisory services included conducting due diligence on the target companies, negotiating the purchase and sale agreement, notifying the transaction to the Competition Authority, and implementing the transaction.
