Abreu Advogados advised RAH on the acquisition of 80% of Rio Ave Futebol SAD
Abreu Advogados advised RAH Sports Investments, Limited, a sports investment company based in Cyprus, on the acquisition of 80% of Rio Ave Futebol SAD.
Abreu’s role included the assistance on the due diligence, negotiations related with the acquisition and sports regulatory matters.
