Gonçalo Cerqueira Simões is a Legal Executive at Abreu Advogados since 2022. His activity in Registration and Notary services encompasses the whole Firm.

He has been focusing his practice in the areas of Real Estate, Commercial Law and Public Law, namely in matters related to Urban Planning and Administrative Law.

He also has particular experience in Registers and Notaries Law, carrying out his activity in this area, with intervention in acts related to land registration, commercial registration, motor vehicle registration, powers of attorney, taxes on assets and inheritance participation.

He has experience in urban planning projects, in several areas of the country, namely in licensing, conditioning and land use planning.

Advising private clients in regularising areas and harmonising descriptions between the various public / administrative services, thus making properties fit for sale;

Advising on the creation of catering companies, participation in the process of incorporation and optimisation of fiscal impact;

Advice to private clients on regularisation of assets by way of death.
