Abreu Advogados advises Henko Partners on the acquisition of BlueClinical
Abreu Advogados advised Henko Partners, an Iberian private equity firm, on the acquisition of BlueClinical, to be integrated into Astrum, a new European research organisation.
The independent Portuguese law firm provided support to Henko Partners’ Spanish subsidiary, namely in the development of due diligence, support in drawing up the sale and purchase agreement, financing and accessories, and accompanying the closing.
