Abreu Advogados advises Transcom on the acquisition of Timeframe

Abreu Advogados was the local partner in the process of advising Transcom, a global leader in digital Customer Experience solutions, on the acquisition of Timeframe, a premium customer service, sales, marketing and video identification company, with more than 700 employees, doing business in three jurisdictions (Germany, Portugal and Greece).
This operation, led by Baker & McKenzie, was supported by Abreu Advogados, which accompanied all legal aspects related to Portuguese jurisdiction, including due diligence to the Portuguese subsidiary of the Timeframe group and advice on the negotiation of documents and matters subject to Portuguese law.
