Abreu Advogados advised Panattoni on the acquisition of land for the implementation of a logistics park in Lisbon

Abreu Advogados advised Panattoni, one of Europe’s leading logistics and industrial developers, in the acquisition of a plot of land from Saint-Gobain, to set up its first logistics park with a total area of 85,000 m2 in the Greater Lisbon area. This acquisition follows the company’s expansion strategy in Portugal, having already started operations in our country with the acquisition of a plot of land in Campo Valongo, Porto.

“It was with great pleasure that Abreu Advogados once again advised Panattoni, Europe’s leading industrial logistics property developer, on the first step in the completion of Panattoni Park Lisbon-City, which was acquired from the multinational company Saint-Gobain. Our work involved everything from due diligence of the real estate assets to finalizing the promissory purchase and sale agreement with a team of nine lawyers from our team,” says Pedro Pais de Almeida, Partner at Abreu Advogados.

The Panattoni Park Lisbon-City project consists of the acquisition of a 137,160 square metre site in Loures, where modern, efficient and sustainable logistics buildings will be built at competitive prices, offering complete solutions for the logistics or industrial sector in the western part of the Iberian Peninsula.
