Abreu Advogados advises on the sale of Brighten shares to the Schnellecke group
Abreu Advogados advised the Portuguese company Blossom Investments on the sale of shares representing 51% of the share capital of Brighten, S.A., a Portuguese business and technology consultancy, to the German logistics group Schnellecke, having also collaborated in the creation of the strategic partnership between Brighten S.A. and the German group in Germany. This operation aims to contribute to Brighten’s international growth, focusing on acquiring new global clients and strategically entering international markets where Schnellecke is already established.
Abreu Advogados’ advice covered the entire M&A process, namely the preparation and negotiation of all the relevant documents for the operation, facilitating its formalisation in both countries. This approach ensured transparency, speed and fairness in defining the structure of the deal, solidifying the success of the operation.
