Abreu Advogados advises on the sale of Quadrante Engenharia shares to Henko Partners
Abreu Advogados advised a group of private shareholders of Quadrante Investimentos on the sale of 49.5 per cent of the share capital of Quadrante Engenharia, a Portuguese engineering company, to Henko Partners, a private equity firm based in Madrid.
Abreu Advogados’ advice covered the entire M&A process, from the preliminary phase of advising the sellers on the legal due diligence carried out by the buyer, to the preparation, negotiation and finalization of the transaction documentation, namely the share purchase agreement and the shareholders’ agreement.
The multidisciplinary team from Abreu Advogados that advised Quadrante was coordinated by partners Manuel Santos Vítor and Cláudia Santos Malaquias and included, among others, the support of João Antunes Rodrigues (Senior Associate), Matilde Carvalho e Cortinhal (Associate) and Martim Cardoso da Silva (Trainee Lawyer).
