Ricardo Henriques clarifies legal framework for banning manufacturers from using 5G technology
In an interview with Expresso, Ricardo Henriques, partner at Abreu Advogados, comments on the legal framework regarding the possible exclusion of manufacturers from the use of 5G technology and what may be the state consequences as a response to the investment of telecom operators.
“There may, effectively, be sufficient matter here for a trip to the courts, with a view to securing compensation for a determination to withdraw equipment whose installation has been legally carried out in accordance with the rules in place at the time it was carried out,” he comments.
