Pedro Hemsworth takes part in the launch of the book “Digital Law 3.0”
Pedro Hemsworth will take part as a speaker in the launch of the book “Digital Law 3.0”, a work published by the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP), as part of the Faculty’s doctoral seminar.
The launch session will take place on 28 May and will bring together authors, academics and legal professionals for a reflection on the main developments and challenges in Digital Law.
The work includes several articles dedicated to emerging topics in this area, including an article by Pedro Hemsworth entitled “The (Additional) Obligations of Very Large Online Platforms under the Digital Services Act”, developed in the context of his master’s thesis.
