Luís Barreto Xavier speaks at the closing session of the cycle “Artificial Intelligence interacting in the physical world”

Luís Barreto Xavier, of counsel at Abreu Advogados and president of the Knowledge Institute, will take part as a speaker at the closing conference of the cycle “Artificial Intelligence interacting in the physical world”, taking place on 13 February, at 3.00 pm, at the Técnico Innovation Centre.

Dedicated to the theme “Ethics and Social Responsibility of AI”, the session will promote reflection on the ethical, legal and social challenges associated with the application of Artificial Intelligence in real-world contexts, as well as on the need to ensure responsible, human-centred technological development.

The conference marks the conclusion of a series of talks focused on the impact of AI on society and its interaction with the physical world.
