Abreu Advogados advises Payten on the acquisition of a qualifying holding in Ifthenpay
Abreu Advogados advised Payten, an international provider of solutions for the payment sector, on the acquisition of a qualifying holding in Ifthenpay, one of the main digital payment service providers in Portugal.
The firm advised Payten on the procedure with the Bank of Portugal for the authorization to acquire a qualifying holding in the Portuguese payment service provider and on the negotiations and drafting of the contract to conclude the transaction.
