Abreu Advogados at the 38th Edition of the International Financial Law Conference
Abreu Advogados’ Finance Law team will participate in the 38th IBA International Financial Law Conference. Rodrigo Formigal, partner at Abreu Advogados, will be one of the speakers for the second session “Loan portfolio sales – servicing regulation and secondary markets”, which takes place on May 10th at 9.45 am. Isabel Pinheiro Torres, associated partner, also participates as speaker in the session “Taking collateral on crypto-assets – property rights and interests in crypto assets”, which takes place on May 12th at 2pm.
It should be reminded that Abreu Advogados will be one of the sponsors of the 38th International Conference on Financial Law, an event organized by the International Bar Association (IBA), which promotes the cooperation and development of lawyers, arbitrators and other professionals in various regions of the world.
