Diogo Pereira Duarte, partner at Abreu Advogados edited a book on “FinTech Regulation and the Licensing Principle”, included in European Banking Institute’s E-book series, is the by-product of an International Conference held in partnership with Research Centre for Private Law at the University of Lisbon in mid-2022.
