Abreu Advogados advises BNIE on the opening of its investment banking business area

Abreu Advogados advised Banco de Negócios Internacional (Europe) on the opening of a new business unit, financial intermediation and depositary bank for collective investment undertakings.

The work carried out by Abreu Advogados included defining the business model and organisational structure, in accordance with regulatory requirements, and obtaining the necessary authorisations from the CMVM.
