Tiago Corrêa do Amaral to speak on data centres at the 2026 TerraLex Global Meeting in Edinburgh

Tiago Corrêa do Amaral will take part in the 2026 TerraLex Global Meeting, which will be held in Edinburgh, Scotland, from 29 April to 2 May 2026.

The energy and extractive industries specialist will be a speaker at the session “Data Center Development and Investment: A Lawyer’s Playbook”, dedicated to analysing the main legal and financial challenges associated with the development of and investment in large data centres. The session will cover topics such as site selection, zoning, permitting, resilient infrastructure, community engagement and sustainability, offering a practical perspective for lawyers advising clients across different jurisdictions.

TerraLex is a global network of independent law firms, with a presence in more than 200 jurisdictions and 120 countries, promoting international collaboration between firms to support clients in cross-border transactions and challenges.
