Abreu Advogados partner Tiago Corrêa do Amaral and associate Margarida de Oliveira Pedro are the authors of the article ‘Distributed energy resources in Portugal: challenges, opportunities, and the way forward’, published in the November issue of the Power Law Committee eBulletin by International Bar Association.

The piece addresses the new legislative measures in Portugal to support decentralised energy resources, allowing consumers to produce, store and sell their own energy.
