Ana Rodrigues de Almeida comments on the new land law on CNN

Ana Rodrigues de Almeida, professional partner at Abreu Advogados, discusses the amendments to the Legal Framework for Territorial Management Instruments, already in force, on the programme Arena CNN, broadcast by CNN Portugal.

According to the lawyer, “it is risky to proceed with urban planning operations“ given the current uncertainty surrounding this measure.

The legislation was promulgated by Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, albeit with some reservations, and the amendments made are being contested by the opposition.
