Abreu Advogados advises aviation group Luxaviation on acquisition of Sky Valet’s FBO Network

Abreu Advogados has advised the global aviation group Luxaviation on the acquisition of the Sky Valet’s FBO Network – with 17 locations in Spain and Portugal – from Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, in a process that ensures that Luxaviation now has 40 locations worldwide.

Abreu Advogados advised on the entire process of the acquisition of Sky Valet Portugal, including the due diligence procedures, the drafting and negotiation of the acquisition agreements, as well as the execution and closing of the entire process.
