Abreu Advogados advises on Portugal’s largest high street retail transaction
Abreu Advogados advised a subsidiary of NEXT FCR, a venture capital fund managed by STAG and associated with Optylon Krea, on the acquisition of a 2,500m², 5-storey building located on Rua Augusta, one of Lisbon’s most emblematic and tourist-attractive streets.
This was the largest high street retail transaction in Portugal, coordinated by Patrícia Viana, partner at Abreu Advogados, with the participation of André Modesto Pinheiro, principal lawyer, Bárbara Quintas Soares, senior associate, and Marta Castro Henriques, associate.
