Abreu Advogados Intellectual Property team distinguished at the Managing IP Awards 2023
Abreu Advogados’ Intellectual Property team was distinguished at the 18th edition of the Managing IP Awards 2023 with the “European Impact Cases” award, which highlights IP transactions for their impact, complexity and innovation. Abreu Advogados was the winner for the advice provided to Grupo Pestana, SGPS, SA and Salvor – Investimentos Hoteleiros, SA, in the lawsuit filed by RTL for the broadcasting of the television channel in hotels, a copyright issue.
The award ceremony that took place in London was attended by partners António Andrade, Manuel Durães Rocha and Teresa Brito da Silva.
