Teresa Brito da Silva is a Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2017, working primarily on commercial law and litigation.

Advising a multinational group in the automotive sector on commercial law and litigation, involving dealer and distribution agreements, civil liability of the producer, purchase and sale and associated guarantees, as well as assistance in agreements with public and private entities

Advising a company in the area of real estate and commercial space management on commercial law and litigation, involving leases and use of space in shopping centres agreements, non-compliance and contractual and non-contractual civil liability

Advising a multinational company in the area of communication and information systems on supply, installation, technical assistance and service agreements for public and private entities

Advising a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector on day-to-day matters, with a particular focus on corporate law and agreements with public and private entities
