Abreu Advogados publishes Commentated Mozambican Law on Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation
The International Arbitration Team of Abreu Advogados drafted and published the first “Commentated Mozambican Law on Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation”, in a joint edition with Mozambican law firm JLA Advogados and the Knowledge Institute of Abreu Advogados. This edition is the first full commentary on the main law governing Arbitration and other means of alternative dispute resolution in the country.
This book includes contributions by Abreu Advogados partners Guilherme Santos Silva, Paulo de Tarso Domingues and Alexandra Nascimento Correia, professional partners Gonçalo Malheiro and André Pereira de Fonseca, senior associate Mariana Duarte and associates Madalena Mesquita, Catarina Carreiro and João Soares Carvalho. JLA partner Zara Jamal and associates Edna Sacate, Absalão Mapanze and Deivid Sacur are also authors of comments in this edition.
The book is already on sale in bookshops in Mozambique and will soon also be on sale in Portugal.
