Advisory to a multinational company in the retail sector, in two different transactions of significant value, in the acquisition of a majority stake in two national companies. The advisory included the analysis and negotiation of the financing of the operation and subsequent corporate restructuring operations.

Advising on the incorporation and structuring of a national company with the activity of producing and selling sailing boats, including the regulation of the relationship between investors, and the acquisition of assets from a foreign company.

Multidisciplinary advisory to a French credit institution operating in the car loans sector and with presence in Portugal. In particular, drafting and negotiating various contracts with dealers, credit intermediaries, suppliers and clients, as well as advising on the relations with the supervisory authorities (Bank of Portugal and the Insurance and Pension Fund Supervisory Authority).
