Abreu Advogados advises APRIL on the sale of the company to the Royse group

Abreu Advogados advised Auto Progresso Industrial Lusitânia (APRIL), one of Portugal’s leading companies in the mechanical and electromechanical transmission sector, on the sale of the company’s entire business to Rodamientos y Servicios (‘Royse’), part of Axel Johnson International’s Power Transmission Solutions group. With this transaction, the new entity will be called April Royse Unipessoal LDA.

This strategic operation will allow Royse to consolidate a significant presence in Portugal, while APRIL will benefit from Royse’s solid relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.
