Abreu Advogados signs article dedicated to energy for the International Bar Association

Tiago Corrêa do Amaral, partner at Abreu Advogados, and Catarina Miguéis Picado, trainee lawyer, signed an article entitled “The Portuguese legal framework on utility-scale energy storage technologies” for the Power Law Committee eBulletin of the International Bar Association (IBA).

The article analyses the installed energy storage capacity in Portugal and the paradigm shifts the country will face in the near future.

This edition of the Power Law Committee eBulletin explores the rise of utility-scale energy storage technologies in the energy sector worldwide, with information from Canada, Italy, Mexico, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Thailand and Turkey.
