Abreu Advogados advised the acquisition of Terminal K, in Alfama, by Optylon Krea and STAG Fund Management. The building is located next to the International Cruise Terminal in Lisbon, has an area of 7 thousand square meters and will be rehabilitated for a luxury Apart-Hotel project.
Abreu Advogados advised Optylon Krea in the purchase of Terminal K and in the partnership with STAG Fund Management for this acquisition.
