Sale of majority shareholding in Sirplaste concluded with the legal advice of Abreu Advogados
The sale of a majority stake in Sirplaste, the largest Portuguese company in the recycling of plastic waste, to SCG Chemicals, considered to be one of the largest petrochemical companies in Asia, was concluded today. Abreu Advogados assisted a number of private shareholders in the sale of their majority shareholding in Sirplaste.
Abreu Advogados’ advisory work involved a large multidisciplinary team, led by Cláudia Santos Malaquias, Associated Partner at Abreu Advogados, and with the overall coordination of Manuel Santos Vítor, Partner, both from the Corporate and M&A team.
