Alexandra Nascimento Correia will be the moderator of the panel dedicated to the theme “The use of ADR mechanisms in consumer, commercial, sports, administrative and tax disputes”, which forms part of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Congress. Organised by Almedina Academy, the event will take place on 20 and 21 November at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon.
The Co-Coordinator of the Litigation & Arbitration practice area at Abreu Advogados will lead a debate focused on the growing importance of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as an effective response to the challenges posed by litigation across different sectors. The panel will explore the practical application of mediation, arbitration and other ADR instruments in contexts as varied as consumer relations, commercial disputes, and sports, administrative and tax litigation.
