Abreu Advogados advises Vortal in the acquisition of Nexus IT
Abreu Advogados advised Vortal SGPS, S.A., the Portuguese company part of the Swedish group Byggfakta Group Nordic HoldCo, on the acquisition of Nexus Information Technology.
The Spanish company Nexus IT was owned by the French group Publicis Groupe S.A. and is the leading provider of pre-award and eTendering solutions for the public sector in Spain. With this acquisition, Byggfakta Group reinforces its leading position in Spain and expands its portfolio of eProcurement solutions to the public sector.
