Abreu Advogados advises Alberto Oculista in the acquisition of Grupo Opticenter
Abreu Advogados was responsible for advising Alberto Oculista Group in the acquisition of Opticenter Group, the largest transaction of this type in the sector in Portugal, which included 34 stores owned by three companies dedicated to the retail and distribution of optical products.
Abreu Advogados’ team involved in this case was coordinated by Associated Partner Eduardo Peixoto Gomes and was assisted by André Gouveia e Silva, Of Counsel at Abreu Advogados Madeira.
The Alberto Oculista group is one of the largest optical brands in Portugal and has 38 years of history and 70 stores in Portugal and internationally, in Spain, more specifically in Madrid.
