Alexandra Nascimento Correia and Teresa Anselmo Vaz join the teaching faculty of Postgraduate Course in Arbitration Law
Alexandra Nascimento Correia and Teresa Anselmo Vaz are part of the teaching faculty of the 11th Postgraduate Course in Arbitration Law at the CIDP – Centre for Research in Private Law, where they will lecture as trainers.
Abreu Advogados’ partner working primarily in Litigation & Arbitration, Alexandra Nascimento Correia, will address the topic “The Arbitrability of the Dispute”, in a session taking place on 4 October at 10:00 am.
Teresa Anselmo Vaz, whose professional career has been shaped by legal consultancy in areas such as commercial and corporate law, will lecture on “Invalidity, Modification and Revocation of the Arbitration Agreement”, on the same day at 11:30 am.
Both lectures are included in Module II, entitled “The Arbitration Agreement”.
