Pedro Ferreira Malaquias speaks at the NPL Iberian Forum 2024
Pedro Ferreira Malaquias, a partner at Abreu Advogados since 2023, working mainly in the areas of Banking and Finance Law, as well as Insurance, will be a speaker at the 14th NPL Iberian Forum, organised by CMS Group. On September 25th at the Vieira de Almeida Auditorium in Lisbon, the topic in discussion will be ‘Adapting to European Regulations and legal developments in Portugal’.
There will also be discussions on independent servicing, NPL debt management, Artificial Intelligence and technology applied to the industry in an uncertain macroeconomic context, marked by interest rates that will soon be readjusted.
