André Pereira da Fonseca speaks at the VIII Congress of Mediation and Arbitration in Brazil

André Pereira da Fonseca, professional partner at Abreu Advogados, will be speaker at the VIII Congress on Mediation and Arbitration, organised by the Centre for Studies in Extrajudicial Methods of Conflict Resolution of the Institute of Comparative Civil Law (IDCC). The event will take place on 5, 6 and 7 June 2024 in the city of João Pessoa, Brazil.

The congress aims to address issues related to appropriate methods of conflict resolution. André Pereira da Fonseca will take part in the panel entitled ‘In what situations can the court disregard the confidentiality clause and present documents from the arbitration proceedings to third parties’.
