Ana Manuela Barbosa to speak at the 2025 International Labor and Employment Law Committee Midyear Meeting
Ana Manuela Barbosa, professional partner at Abreu Advogados who focuses primarily on employment law matters, will be participating as a speaker at the 2025 International Labor and Employment Law Committee Midyear Meeting, taking place from 4 to 8 May.
The event will feature a panel of speakers offering insights from corporate, trade union, and governmental perspectives on key issues at the forefront of international labour law.
Ana Manuela Barbosa will take part in the panel “Immigration and the Workplace on the Iberian Peninsula”, which will address topics such as the forces that have shaped legislation and policy to date, likely future developments, and how national immigration policies and practices in Spain and Portugal have impacted employment and the workplace across the Iberian Peninsula.
