Abreu Advogados advises Revive Group on the creation of a joint venture for the acquisition of industrial land in Porto
Abreu Advogados has advised Revive Group, a Belgian real estate investment platform, on the structuring and implementation of a joint venture with Grupo MOME for the acquisition and redevelopment of a major industrial site in the Porto region. This joint venture aims to transform a plot of land located in Amial, with an area of 11,884 m² and a gross construction area of 33,410 m², into a sustainable mixed-use urban neighbourhood — one of the most ambitious regeneration projects currently underway in the Porto metropolitan area.
Abreu Advogados led the drafting and negotiation of all transactional documentation, both at corporate and real estate levels. The team also provided comprehensive support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from confirmatory real estate due diligence and regulatory analysis to project management and sales management agreements, as well as the subdivision regulations.
