Fernando Veiga Gomes and Alexandre Miguel Mestre take part in the conference ‘New Challenges in Sports Law’
Fernando Veiga Gomes, partner at Abreu Advogados since 2009, and Alexandre Miguel Mestre, consultant at the firm, are taking part in the conference ‘New Challenges in Sports Law’ this Monday, October 7th, at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
The event dedicated to Sports Law will take place throughout the day and will feature speeches from various professionals in the field. Alexandre Miguel Mestre, also a professor at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior, will be speaking on the panel ‘New challenges for sports justice’ and will take to the stage with the theme ‘Justice in the context of sports federations’.
Fernando Veiga Gomes, meanwhile, will be speaking on the panel ‘New challenges for sports societies’ with the theme ‘The legal regime of sports societies’.
