Alexandre Miguel Mestre signs article on Olympic Charter
Alexandre Miguel Mestre, of Counsel at Abreu Advogados, has written an article entitled “Charte Olympique: la principale source mondiale du droit du sport” in the French legal journal ‘Les Cahiers de Droit du Sport’.
The article analyses the Olympic Charter, considered “the source of the rules governing world sport”, and even as the founding and greatest expression of modern sports law.
