Sofia Silva e Sousa to speak at the Consulegis Annual Conference & AGM 2026
Sofia Silva e Sousa will be speaking at the Consulegis Annual Conference & AGM 2026, taking place from 14 to 16 May in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As part of Consulegis’ annual meeting, which brings together members of the international network of law firms, tax advisers, accountants and in-house lawyers, Sofia Silva e Sousa will take part in two panels on 15 May, dedicated to key topics for the legal sector and professional services.
In the morning, she will speak at the session “Women in Law / Talent & Leadership / 2026: Progressing or Regressing? Talent and the Reality in Professional Services”, which will address the evolution of talent, leadership and representation in the legal professions and professional services.
In the afternoon, she will also speak on the panel “Labor / Pay Transparency 2026: Building Compliant, Auditable Pay Systems”, focusing on the challenges of pay transparency and the implementation of compliant, auditable remuneration systems aligned with new regulatory requirements.
