Abreu Advogados, a Portuguese law firm, announces the strengthening of its Real estate, Commercial, Corporate and M&A teams, with the arrival of the professional partner Maria Santa Martha, who comes from CCA where she was a partner and ran the office since 2018. The lawyer joins the Porto partners Maria Dulce Soares, Paulo de Tarso Domingues, Rui Peixoto Duarte and the professional partners José Carlos Vasconcelos and Maria de Deus Botelho, consolidating the seniority of the Abreu team in Porto in the firm’s key areas.
With more than 20 years’ experience providing legal advice to national and international clients, Maria Santa Martha has significant experience in corporate real estate transactions, sale and purchase of assets, sale and leaseback, in the development of commercial real estate projects, housing, services and logistics, in the execution of expansion plans of retail units, particularly for multinational businesses, institutional investors and family offices, in addition to corporate and M&A transactions, in which she has provided regular support to major national and international business groups in various business sectors, particularly Israeli investors.
