Diogo Pereira Duarte and João Diogo Barbosa deliver lecture on “Fintech”

Diogo Pereira Duarte, partner at Abreu Advogados, and João Diogo Barbosa, associate, delivered a lecture this Thursday, 20 March, on “Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) and Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASP) and Borderline Cases.”

The session is part of the programme for the “2nd Postgraduate Course in Fintech,” organised by Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado (CIDP) da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.

This training offers a unique opportunity for professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge of technological innovations in the financial world and to understand the regulatory challenges and opportunities that come with this evolution. The course began on 9 January and will conclude on 31 July.

Additionally, Diogo Pereira Duarte also delivered the lecture “Commercial Banking and Investment Banking,” which is part of the 6th Postgraduate Course in Data Protection Law, set to conclude on 4 June.
