Sara Soares, Senior Associate at Abreu Advogados, was one of the lawyers, under 35 years old, chosen as a promising young lawyer in the Iberian Peninsula by Iberian Lawyer magazine.
According to the publication specialized in the legal sector, Sara was elected for her experience in solving tax disputes being a key element of the Abreu team, which registers an above-average success rate, including in high-profile cases. “She has extensive experience in dealing with Tax Litigation cases of significant economic value on VAT, CIT and Social Security matters, to which she has been greatly contributing with innovative and disruptive approaches.”, the magazine refers.
Sara Soares joined Abreu Advogados in 2008. As a Senior Associate she works in the areas of Litigation and Tax Advisory. Since 2015, Sara has been actively involved in one of the world’s largest financing projects.
Iberian Lawyer Rising Stars brings together a list of the most outstanding lawyers under 35 in Spain and Portugal, in a selection of firms with more than 50 lawyers.
