Rui Cardinal Carvalho appointed to teach Contract and Corporate Law at FEP
Rui Cardinal Carvalho, senior associate at Abreu Advogados, was invited to teach «Contract and Corporate Law» in the Bachelor’s Degree in Management at the FEP U. Porto – Economics and Management.
As the first curricular unit of the course that belongs to the field of Legal Science, it has as main objective to respond to the needs of transversal training of students in Legal-business Science, transmitting basic knowledge about Law as ‘social reality’ and structural lines of the national and international legal system.
