The 8th Edition of the Direito das Sociedades em Revista Congress, promoted and organised by ADSR – Associação Direito das Sociedades em Revista in partnership with Almedina, featured the participation of Abreu Advogados on May 9 and 10 in Lisbon.
Paulo de Tarso Domingues, partner at Abreu Advogados, took part as moderator of the panel dedicated to the topic of structural changes in companies and M&A.
In the panel on corporate litigation, Teresa Anselmo Vaz, consultant, spoke about opposition to mergers and subordination agreements.
