Patrícia Viana addresses the investor’s perspective in a debate on housing needs
How can Portugal respond to the housing crisis? What is the investor’s perspective, and what are the main obstacles to attracting investment? Patrícia Viana, partner at Abreu Advogados, will address these issues during the roundtable “How to address the housing urgency with scale and quality?” at the Conference “Affordable Housing and Industrialization: Scaling Solutions with Purpose”, on September 24 at the Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon.
The event will be followed by the debate “Industrialize to democratize: the role of innovation in affordable housing”, and the closing session will be delivered by the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz.
